Redoing my suspension

I'm really getting tired of my suspension setup, so I think I'm gonna start over again. All I have now is Tein H Tech springs on stock shocks, an eBay strut bar, and some lightweight 15" rims. With my new setup, I'm thinking Eibach Pro kit or similar, KYB GR-2, possibly sway bars, and a camber kit with some 17" rims and Riken Raptors. Any thoughts?
Definately get a Progress rear sway bar and some good endlinks, and don't worry about the front bar. What would your budget be for shocks/springs?
Also, keep the lightweight 15s, IMO.

What are Riken Raptors? I like the idea of staying with the 15s too (although I'm gonna get 17s lol), and you should get Tanabe front and rear anti-sway bars, and then their strut brace bars and H brace. At least that is what I plan on doing. I thought that it wasn't necessary to get new shocks with the prokit, only the sportlines? If so, save your money.

Let's say $500 max excluding wheels and tires. Right now on the 15's, the tires are too tall and bend when I really try to hit the turns. Idealy I'd like 16's, but I can get some light weight 17's for $300. Shocks probably aren't required, but I'd like to do this job once and right. For the sway bars, I wasn't sure about them because of the feared subframe tear out

Hmm...a good setup is something like GC/Konis or one of the new coilover setups like D2, F2, Ksport, etc are pretty decent. Those will run you more than $500 but it's really worth it.
How 'light' are those 17s?
If you get a Progress bar, they give you custom heavy-duty brackets with more bolts so subframe tearout is not a worry.
