Default 99 Civic w/ intermittenly pulsating lights

I have a 99 Civic EX in which the headlights, interior lights pulsating intermittenly. The lights will work properly and then I go over some bumps and they start to pulsate and then go over more bumps and they stop. This has been going on for a few years now and recently the pulsating has gotten worse. I've had it at the dealership a few times and everytime they cannot find anything wrong. The alternator is working fine, the electrical system checks out and the last time I had it in the shop I was told that it's "normal" How is that normal? It never did this the first few years I had it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

sounds like you've got a loose wire somewhere. Finding it will be the fun part. Start by checking the easy stuff, like battery cables and grounds. good luck
