Use the stock harness, whatever is in the car and running with now, swapping harnesses isn't the best option, everything should plug in, might need to extend a wire or 2...and yes the axles will fit, just remove the dust sheild on the inside of the hubs...

advice from someone who did this swap in a crx, if your d16 is still in good shape, i would take the money and turbo that engine, b18a is a decent engine but by itself you may be disapointed with results, i spent $2000 cdn swapping engine in, if i knew what i know now, i would of turboed my d16, i have a few buddies running turbos on stock d16 6-7 psi with a good tune and they've been daily driven for 3-4 years, with no issues.

to answer your question yes use your stock harness they'll be a few wires u wont use, and yes use 94-01 integra axles will fit, with a 90-91 intermidiate shaft, and remember to remove dust plates behind hubs. Just a tip remove battery tray makes it a million times easier to line up every thing, looks like its welded on but will come off, noticed that on the second time around

That is false:

90-93 us the same axes and mid shaft

94-01 use a different mid shaft and drivers axle

So just grab some axles and mid shaft from the same year Integra or you will have some issues...

Oh i also had a turbo D16a6 and swapped to an LS if you are just planning on throwing and the motor and being done with it it might no be your best choice....if you plan to turbo eventually you will be very impressed LS-T FTW

dont turbo a stock single cam, you'll be disappointed when it explodes on you.

point proven ran 3 yrs. on stock internals, and beat the crap out of it, had a b18a for 1.5 yrs. and started burning oil like crazy, and a simple b18a is not fast at all, just an opinion take it for what it is

wrong.

These are the items you need to swap your bseries in you crx/civic ef and they all must be manual parts.
90-93 integra axles
90-93 midshaft/driveshaft
90-93 rear T bracket
90-93 integra throttle cable, since the dseries one is too short
last but not least if im not forgetting anything else. 90-93 integra shift linkage or you can buy one from hasport or customize your own. This is just some other thing you need to do when you swap your b series, you need to make a big *** dent on the driver side shock tower area in the bay, so your altenator wont touch the bay. its been a while for me maybe theres more??

you can use 94+ axles on the passenger side if you so choose. doesn't matter whether they are abs/non-abs or from an auto or manual transmission. i currently have an axle on my passenger side that was from an automatic abs integra. you can even use 94+ axles on the driver side, but only if the intermediate shaft is from a 94+.

he will also need engine mounts for b-series into an ed civic/crx, and lastly he should remove the dust seals from the hubs. helps prevent the constant velocity joints from binding. also here is a pic of where you need to dent in your frame to make alternator clearance.
