Default Clutch Noise Question

Okay,

I had a new clutch installed, and a few days after there is sqeek from the tranny.
On idle and driving I hear it squeek squeek. (like a spining squeek)

When I tap the Clutch a bit, the squeek goes away.
So, i took the car back to the mechanic, and asked him to "tighten" the clutch bolt .

My clutch is very firm but I stilll hear the squeek partially, it's better than before though.

1. Is it the Drive shaft "Bearing"...? like the mechanic said?

Before the New clutch Install, NO squeeks or any noises.

Could it be the Mechanic that didn't tighten something? Throw out bearing?

Yep

I made the same mistake and used the exedy supplied bearing. I should have used the honda OEM.

I've done the same thing before, the aftermarket ones are made of crappy plastic, OEM metal FTW
