Default Who's 85mm Sleeves are these?

I just got hold of the newly sleeved B18C block thats been already bored 85mm from my mechanic. It's been sent to his friend in USA to do but he got no idea who his friend in USA sent for sleeving. Only thing he was told was "it was sent to Valley for the sleeving job". Is Valley a sleeving company or a name of a place?

The sleeves look like OEM except no aluminium round the outer sleeve. Just look like OEM open deck but thicker and bored out 85mm already. Attached below of the pictures taken over the weekend.

Who's sleeve does it look like??

We were the first to give LA Sleeves the Exact Final dimensions for the Flats and sides for our Sleeves. I wonder if they sell them to everyone now. Its ok, Darton Iron Ductile is much better anyways.
