went to start car and nothing is happening, there is no fuel pressure! i turn ignition on and fuel pump primes. but it wont start, i unscrewed the fuel filter screw to see if theres pressure and barley any fuel come leaking out. i put 10 dollars of gas in and still nothing.......what should i do next?

yea theres spark just no fuel pressure, my fuel presure gauge isnt even moving.
