How would a caR like this be positively identified?

Would anything left with a VIN be there?

 

check the firewall, door panels, or rear trunk for vin #'s

Yes.. there is a VIN stamped directly into the firewall located in the back of the engine compartment directly underneath the windshield. Unless that was removed somehow it should be clearly visible.

 

Call the police? I wouldn't be snoopin inside it for a vin.

If you see something suspicious, report it. Write down the VIN number. Call the police. THe police will run the vin and if it comes back stolen, then you are a good person. If it's not reported stolen then the police have the info and if it is reported, then they know where it is already.

If you are so scared to look at a car that could be stolen , then you must have some shady past.

today about or around 2AM i discovered a stolen yellow type r.
how do i know it's stolen? good question..
i saw it 5-6 feet away from the curb,it was missing EVERYTHING, and wasnt parked in front of a house.
no bumpers,hood,all the body parts,interior gone, motor gone,the 5lug suspention gone, everything. this type r was fully stripped.

it couldnt be anyones recovered type r because it wouldnt be on the street right?
im pretty sure someone stripped and raped it then some how dumpped it.

im not going to investigate or anything i just wanted to know if im right or not.
