Default 91 BLACK MR2 Turbo (300hp) Rare sunroof, Dallas TX

Well I'm throwing my car up for sale so here goes.

Year: 1991
Make: Toyota
Model: MR2 Turbo w/ Sunroof
Mileage: 200K on chassis, 8K on rebuilt 3SGTE

Modifications:

Engine:
- Rebuilt (by ATS Racing) 3SGTE w/8K miles on motor
- Rebuilt (by Forced Performance) TD06 20G Turbo w/5K miles on rebuild.
**Turbo under warranty from forced performance until middle of next year**
- Tial 38mm external wastegate w/ dumptube
- TTE Metal Headgasket
- Supra 550cc Injectors
- ATS Modified FPR and Rail
- HKS Hi-Power single exit exhaust
- HKS Intake
- Turbo XS Type-H BOV
- Twos R Us Manual boost controller
- ATS Rom Tuned ECU w/ switchable 93 octane low-boost & Race Gas High-boost Maps
- Greddy Side-mount intercooler
- ATS Throttle Body Inlet
- Blingin' Red Valve Cover

Suspension / Wheels:
- Eibach Pro-kit Springs
- KYB Struts
- FD RX-7 Lightweight Wheels
- H&R Spacers (front only)

Interior:
- Autometer Boost gauge
- 93 Shifter
- HKS Full Auto Turbo Timer Mounted in Storage Tower
- JVC CD Player Headunit
- Infinity Basslink 10" Sub
- Nice condition stock seats (black) with no rips on the bolsters

Problems:
- Biggest one is that the AC doesnt work right now, needs new compressor. I have one sourced and more than likely it will be fixed soon after the first of the month
- Needs to be aligned.
- Small cigarette hole in the drivers seat cusion
- ABS light is on

Thats pretty much all I can think of for right now. I have about 15K worth of receipts for this car as well. I am selling because I need money to finish up school. I may end up just getting a cheap cheap beater or a bike I dunno. i'm open to trades I guess, but I dont want to finish up someone elses project. And it will have to have a backseat and be somewhat civilized. I am going to have clients in the car and I cant have them shitting in their pants when the wastegate opens up (which is what happens now ) Anyone whos seen the car knows that its well taken care of and in good shape. I'd like to keep this thread easy to read, so please PM or email me at AnthonyA182@hotmail.com with questions or comments. Asking price is 10K OBO. Thanks

Also, when its not heatsoaked in the summer I run around 16 psi or so, so this car is right at the 300 rwhp mark on pump gas. The tune is ULTRA conservative (I spun a rod on the first motor, not interested in ever doing that again) so if you were to lean it out there is certainly power to be had there.

However, the car is fast as expletive as is, and I see no reason to sacrifice reliability or longevity for a few more horses. Although, if it doesn't sell by the summer she will have some 264s installed for a little extra "zoom zoom".

Also, in the pic you can see the switch to change from the pump 93 octane map to the race gas map. That is the ecu mounted in the trunk. On race gas at 19 psi the car made 305 rwhp in the same heatsoaked/summer condition with a then dying turbo (which has been replaced obviously).

Flywheel HP Formula: Take your wheel hp and divide it by .80 to find your flywheel hp.

276/.8=345 flywheel hp 305/.8=381 flywheel

werd, it never hurts to ask. If my girl didn't have a GSR already I'd consider it. Or if it was boosted

so if i boosted my LS you would consider a trade? i'm planning on doing that here really soon. only problem is that i would have to either a) get the loan transferred from my car title to yours. B)get a personal loan with a higher interest rate and pay off my car title and then trade cars.

Also I forgot to add that the Mr2 has a competition stage 4 clutch installed to put power to the ground. Good for 400 whp.

Everything is covered with this car: fuel, management, drivetrain.

With cams (the only thing it needs) it should be well over 300 wheel on pump gas.
