Default 4th gen ABS hub. Are there diff ones?

Like it asks. My hub is going bad again. This is my 2nd or 3rd junkyard hub, but this one is way diff then the last ones Ive gotten. The abs portion was protruding more to where it was hitting the abs sensor and it doesnt recess into the rotor like the old ones. Heres some pics, by my main question is, did honda make/offer 2 different types of abs hubs for the 4th gen lude. I looked at sllhonda parts and the only 2 diff part #'s I got were from a "s"(non-abs) and the rest. ANy ideas?

new on left, old on right

old one in rotor, nice and recessed

new one, doesnt fit

old one w/ studs extending nicely

new w/ studs not coming out fully

TIA

If it's not a Prelude S hub, somebody could have swapped the wrong hub in there before you got it....just a thought.

That hub in no way looks like a stock honda hub. all hubs I have seen have had the two small threaded holes to put the rotor screws into which this one doesn't have.

It looks like they got this off a different vehicle.

Not trying to be an ***. With all this trouble why don't you just buy a new one?

I would definitely go ahead and get a new hub and save the trouble of having to change them more often and trying to figure this out. But usually all the hubs I've came across are the same for abs and without, with the exception of the abs ring.

the reason the hubs go bad on my car is cause I was in a rear quarter accident before I bought the car(didnt find this out till I stripped the car for its first paint job). Last time I bought a new hub from slhonda it went out in under a year and they would warranty it cause I did the install. And Ive had a couple alignments in the past. But I was with the guy when we pulled the rear arm from the prelude and broke it down. Not sure what the deal is though. Dont have 135 to get a new one right now.
