upload get the url
use mouse click the button with mountains in the text box on here and insert url inbetween the url things that look like this [IMG][/IMG]

If you post pics in this forum you are going to get flamed. I suggest waiting until your trial membership is over to become a full member (20 days after sign up), then post in the Appearance/Cosmetic forum.
After, register with http://www.photobucket.com and upload pics. Then copy the line from photobucket that looks like [.img]url of image[./img], and paste in the textbox of the post.

click the picture button.
It's the 5th button in, the little yellow picture with the mountain in it.
It'll create image tags.
Place the link to the picture in between the tags, as in [ img]yourpichere.jpg[ /img] but without the spaces.
It must be on a server though - you cannot use pictures that are only stored locally (on your hard drive). Upload it to photobucket.com or something. Membership is free.
Then link it to that.
Also, don't put the pictures here, put it in the appearance/cosmetics forum, here:
