if i do that thing that xluben did, take off the snorkel thing and stick it upside down in the bottom of the airbox where the resonator used to be?

EDIT: its a 6th gen, seems to be using up more gas than usual, or maybe im just driving like more of an *** than usual

You will see a bigger difference if you change how you drive. Be slow off the line and dont gun it all the time. Also is your commute mostly city or highway?

i definitely agree, that throaty sound above 3k is really addicting

i don't think it's really going to help gas mileage very much, but it's free, so why not?

I love it just at redline, ESPECIALLY without the wheel liner in. It is so loud. I'm doing that again in the spring.

Thats a good idea, or what if you modify the liner to just deflect the water from the tire and cut out the bottom, do you get the same sound?, and your right once you hit 6k it has a good change in sound and its awesome. I definetly think I'm cutting the bottom of my liner out, its cracked and wistles anyways. What intake you have?

And I don't really know, just a guess =p
