Default Need help with a question.

I have a 2006 Honda Civic, ~3000 miles. I have installed a Thomas racing chip. It works fine for about 100 miles and then the check engine light comes on. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. The same thing happened again. Please give me any ideas on why this is happening and how I can fix it. Thank you very much for the help.

Is this the chip that is suppose to give you like 20-25hp by installing it?

Uninstall that crap, get the CEL cleared and dont install anything but Hondata

X 50,000

Not only can u actually DAMAGE something but you run the risk of having a NICE hefty bill from honda for a new ECU and voiding that warranty
gives them a NICE leg to stand on for some MONSTER claim denials.

Hondata reflash is currently just for the 06-07 si

The only chip you should put in your car is a Potato Chip if your hungry.
