all motor is gonna cost you more. boost will get you better hp and tq #s. but if you put a 200hp all motor vs a 200hp turbo motor, the all motor will win. its all in your budget. me i would say all motor, but to answer your question, turbo will give you the more torque

the all motor car will run better times than the turbo car. post this in the all motor and turbo forum and you will find out. i ran a 12.4 in my all motor street hatch. my friend had a 220 hp ls turbo set up in a hatch that only ran best of 12.8 on slicks. so explain that. and dont say its the driver cause hes a good driver. been racing for 4 yrs.

same goes for like a 300hp all motor setup in a hatch, it will run low 11s. but a 300hp turbo setup will run mid 11s

first im not posting anything just cause you said to, second i cant explain anything without ALL the details on each of your set ups, includeing vehicle weight, driver weight, cars used, engines used, trannys used, tires used, spring ratees, full suspension set up, tire pressure, altitude, air temp, and i need to see a dyno graph showing hp and tq outputs, among a million other things, dont just say oh well he did and then i did, it dosent work that way. power is power, it dosent matter how you make it. and lets not forget about tq here.

to the op, aside from stroking, ive seen crane cams add 20wheel tq to an ls motor, i believe they were stage II crane cams. which ever is there "street cam"

Why would you want more than 200hp to the wheels of a front wheel drive car anyways? Oh ya, drag racing.

I love a LS. I had JDM ITR pistons, shotpeened rods with arp rod bolts, Ported 94' LS head with crower springs and retainers, crower 404 cams, skunk 2 IM, DC 4-2-1 hedder, running uber data. PLus other random stuff b16 tranny, clutch and fly wheel, ect. First pull untened I only made 151 hp and like 120+ ftlb. But after tuning it ended up making 183hp and 147ftLB. I'll try to dig out the dyno sheet. It had the broadest torque range of any motor I have ever built. Good luck with your build bro. I hope it turns out great.

Honestly for what I spent to get the amount of power that I did you could boost your car. And doing that make more power. My car was great fun with that motor, but it was a pain to start on cold days. And those cams had such a aggressive profile I had to idle it up higher to keep it from stalling. It's really just a personal preference. I love allmotor but you can make great power cheaper with a small turbo kit.

Traction. Its really true. You also dont have to worry about turbo lag.

To the OP Buy a truck, and welcome to owning a Honda.

with proper tires/suspension and turbo sizing none of that is an issue, any car will have problems if not set up correctly, that is a bad answer. and turbo lag isent an issue becuase you never fall out of boost between ***** AND a boosted car generally has a wider powerband and more tq. still waiting for a resonable answer for such a bold statement.
