are all your grounds good? do you have the ground on the thermostat housing connected. that is the ground for the ecu

recheck all your grounds (total of 3) and all your connections...without the proper grounds, some weird **** might happen

if your main relay comming on? check to hear if the circuit is clicking, that means its opening, if thats not working you might have a blown main relay, check into that

try running a ground straight from the battery to the block. also if you have a hayes manuel- it gives you trouble shooting to test the main relay.

lights shude still comeon, if you have a blown relay you will kno, you can hear ur main relay come on when u turn the key, dont even have to start the car to hear it, if your gettin no power to ecu fuel pump and no spark, main relay may ahve sumthing to do with it, i just did mini me swap and i was having the same problem, if you have a kill switch with a spliced power wire (yellow n black one) re wire it correctly and check to see if your main relay is clickin when u turn key
