Default Whats the difference in a Dx and a Hf

Iight im new to this.. in december i bought a 91 crx dx.. the clutch was gone so i put a new one in.. the kid that had it before cut the rear springs.. well of course the struts were blown out.. well cause it was so low i also bottomed out and ripped the radiator.. so i put a new one in.. now i have an even bigger problem.. the adjuster on the clutch cable has a backing nut on it.. it came loose.. so i had no clutch.. the pedal went straight to the floor.. so i tried to get it home driving without a clutch... at 2500 rpms the it automatically goes into gear.. well now its stuck in second.. i can move the shifter in any gear BUT 2nd.. well i just bought another crx its a 90 crx hf.. i wanna swap the trannys does any one see that it might cause a problem? let me know please im new at the whole street performance.. but im really into it.. so far ive done exaust, racing steering wheel, short shifter, clutch, strobes in the head lights, system, radiator, master cylinder, all brakes, and ive started on the body work.. not much to do but still enough. holla and let me know what i should do please

thats ghettoooooo...so the front of your car musta lifted lol
umm tranny can be swapped but the gearing on the HF is longer, saves gas

but if you wanna swap a more powerful engine swap it in the HF, alot easier

the transmissions are interchangable! dx engine is more powerful than the hf! if you have some cash you should get a small upgrade atleast! hmotorsonline.com has sohc zc for $400. and you can use the dx tranny with it. direct bolt up since the hf is already mpfi! the sohc zc is 120hp as compared to the dx which is like 90 I believe!
