h22 is throwing a few codes....need some help.
I'm throwing the code for my knock sensor and the EGR. I'm throwing these because I didn't get a chance to run wires to those sensors yet (hybrid swap).
Anyway would any of those two sensors not being plugged in to the ECU cause the engine to lack in power?
I plan to ground out the EGR sensor so the ECU won't look for it anymore....and for the knock sensor...where is it on the H22? I believe when I was unplugging the JDM engine wiring harness....it came out with it....so i'll have to buy a new sensor...anyone know how much they are?

i don't know for sure if you'll lose power (by the ecu going into rich mode or something) by not having the knock sensor plugged in. i'm sure nothing will be wrong with the egr being unplugged. the knock sensor is located on the back of block near the top of the block. those are about $200.
knock sensors are expensive, oem anyway.
yes, the motor will be very sluggish if you're throwing the knock code.
get that fixed and it'll be night and day.
egr isn't much of a problem int he way of performance.

Thanks for your help....I'm so happy to hear that the knock sensor would cause it to be sluggish.....very happy...because i raced my friends 94 prelude (jdm h22)....and he has 18's and i bearly can pass him up....and my h22 is in a damn integra! so thats good to hear that the knock sensor can cause that....I just called the dealership and they said they have one in stock for $147....guess i have no choice.
if you want to save some $$, it's only $100.78 at majestic.
