h22 Knock sensor hook up

Where do you run the wire to the knock sensor.. jsut making sure ihave this right cause my cel code 23 is coming on after a while but my vtec works and all

Knock sensor (from the back of the block near the cylinder head) goes to the D3 pinout at the ECU.
