Why switch anything? It's got side airbags, which I find quite helpful when I'm getting T-Boned...

Won't look right with leather in the fronts and cloth in the back!

Won't the new seats trip the Passenger airbag light??

Actually....there's a way around the airbag issue, if you're willing to lose the side airbags.....

Are you referring to the actual operation of the airbags in the Si with the S2000 seats?

Because the air bag connection wont be hooked up and hence you'll get a light. Same thing will happen with aftermarket seats.

I havent read anything about someone trying the install, so I dont know if anyone will actually truely know if the bracket will bolt up correctly or not...

If it's like the EG/EJ conversion for S2K seats, you'll need to pull the seat bottom apart and swap the seat pan with your existing seats and re-use the stock rails. Not a hard job, just tedious. I've got no idea about the SRS problems though...my EJ1 only has 2 airbags.

Nah, you don't need to do all of that.

Actually i think the latter.

There's no real reason to put Leather, non side airbag, smaller bolstered seats in replace of perfectly fine oem equipment.

This isn't a 15yr old eg civic with ripped cloth seats.

i agree with eg owners or w/e having to change cuz of old seats but IMO i think the S2000 seats are much sportier than the ones the cvic brings. the si's seats arnt to attractive theonly thing is it had the black n red stitching thts all that gets the attention..... tht my opinion not a statement lol
