Skunk2 Coil Over
I do not have them, but I've heard that they're pretty much just like a crappy version of Ground Control sleeves. So, they're perfectly fine for a low quality, adjustable drop. I'd go with some Ground Controls.
Yes, spend the few extra $$ and get the ground control setup. Skunk2 seems to give everyone noise problems because of the way the fronts are designed.
i have skunk 2 coilovers and i really dont like them, i only bought them for 50 bucks and thats why i got them, i would rather invest my money in tiens or function and form coil overs.
