Default Help with tranny

It is a MY02 with 50k and the other day driving, it all of a sudden became very hard to change gears. Getting out of first and into second was so hard. Going into 3rd sometimes grinded. Now it never did this even once till just driving home. All fluids have been changed (using royal purple). When the car is off everything is just fine. Clutch fluid is perfect, and there is no change in clutch feel either. There is no slipping when driving in gear, and revs up and pulls just as hard as before. There is no noticible noise either. I am going to pull apart the tranny later this week but really want to know what you guys think. Thanks.

Have someone watch the clutch release fork when you push on the clutch pedal. Possible the master or slave cylinders have gone bad?
