Hi guys,

I'm working on a project and I have a question. The upper ball joints are welded (I believe) to the UCA, thus they don't sell the ball joint by it's self. I am trying to find a ball joint for sell for a project I'm working on, and I was wonder if the upper ball joint is close enough to the lower ball joint, as they do sell lower ball joints by them selves.

remove the boot from the ball joint. Then there is a snap ring. Take that off. Then pound on it a few times and it comes out.
Why is this in welding and fab?

 

you can buy the skunk2 balljoints seperately from the arms if you are going for the fabricated arms you had posted in another thread

another place you can check for relatively cheap parts

they mostly have race partsfor domestics, but if you are fabricating then you can always make it work

are you looking for something to fabricate a pivot point on a control arm persay? Have you considered a spherical bearing?
