turbo housing hitting manifold

Well, I just picked up a new top mount manifold and a full race t3/t67. It looks like both the intake/exhaust housings are going to rest against the runners on the manifold. This shouldn't be an issue right?

Sounds like the fabricator used a smaller turbo to mock the manifold up. What kind of manifold is it?
