what all can i swap into this chassis, 89 civic hatchback, 4spd 1.5l 4cyl

im new to hondas, ive converted from DSM

You can put most honda engines into that car. All you really need to do is find a place that makes mounts for the swap your looking for. Take my car for example. I had a d15y1 in my 88 DX. I took it out and put a b18a1 from a 92 Acura Integra into it. Just have to find a mount kit, shift linkage and if your obd0 you will need to convert to obd1 to run any of the electronics. There are write-ups on this site. Cant find the one I used, must be bookmarked on my other comp. If you have any questions the guys on here are more than helpful.
