Is it possible to install the automatic climate control (where you set the temperature and it maintains that temp) on the non-hybrid version of the 06 Civic? It looks like it's pretty much the same shape as the gas Civic's climate control panel, so I'm curious if it's something that can be done.

 

I've been wonderig about this too. I just like the digital display better.. maybe change the blue light to a red one anyone??

 

I'm sure it could be done but theres a lot more to it than just swapping the unit out. Would take a bit of work and $

 

wire harnesses will probaly need to be bought and some wiring.

 

So did you ever end up trying this? My guess would be that it can be done if you by the ACC unit for the Hybrid Civic (79600-SNC-A43ZA $338.63), along with the sensors (80510-SDA-A41, 80541-SNA-A40, 80542-SNA-A40, 80590-SNC-A02, 93913-14420 $81.27).

We thought about it back in the day when doing the navi retrofit however due to alot more wiring /sensors it deemed not worth it.
