here is a pic of when i first got her. April of 06

2 months later. i picked up a JDM HID front end

and itr wing

Then got some suspension goodies

cleaned her up a bit

Came with original cluster

Slowly coming together

Picked up some Recaros

Mugen LSD

Bought some brand new jdm itr gm rims!

the shop had 1 mugen intake in stock...

Car at the shop getting ready to get front end installed...

messy

After about 1 hour or so..

still needs some work...

More parts..

Last piece that was purchased last week...

the car should be going into paint by next month.. i hope. after that. the rest should go much faster..

Those Rays lugnuts are probably tapered, when you need the acorn style to work with those OEM wheels. Check them before you throw 'em on, as that's not really safe to mix and match and can cause problems.

Looks like a fun project, it should look really nice when you are all done with her. Post some more pics when you get her done.

Nice parts there, seems to be coming along nicely

Just dont use the Ray nuts with the OEM wheels and youll be fine

Congrats on the project! It's great to see an R come back to life, especially a 97! A USDM front would of been better, but oh well, looks like you're doing everything right

Wow Dude. You're one lucky R owner.

I wish I had some time and money to do something like this. Keep us posted.

Love your daily driver too. I have a CGP with an all motor setup and looking to do black spoon sw388's but wasn't sure how it would look. Thanks for showing me how great it would look
