So i had just got done wit puttin a new suspension on ma 94 gsr and then decide to go to firestone to get the lifetime aligment deal...and i saw this guy that i knew from high school and asked the manger to not let him touch ma car because i knew how he abused his cars and that his driving manual skills are that great...so i give them the keys and get into ma buddys 03 mach 1 and he peels out in front of the firestone...so ma buddy drops me off to work and later on i get a call from the guy, that i specifically told the manager not to let him touch ma car, tellin me that he doin the road test on ma car and that he pulled up to a stop sign and it wont got any more...that he lets go of the clutch and 1st gear is in and gives it gas and it wont go...so im like you beeta take it back to firestone and just park it...so i call ma buddy and he goes for ma car and the manager is talkin **** that if we go to court that he is goin to testify that we drive our cars way to hard...im like i wasnt the one peelin out...so i had to tow it to ma buddys transmission shop and waitin to see wats wrong....

Question 1...
What could be worng wit it?
I put first gear and get the rpm's to about 5k and it goes a lil lil bit but if the car is on and it is in first gear it rolls back...is it the transmission or burnt clutch....

Question 2....
I know i can make them pay for ma transmission if its fucked up but can i make them pay for the clutch cuz the manager went against ma say and let that guy drive it..

well just wanted to vent cuz its ma dd and missin ma baby like crazy...

my opinionz is you need to check on dat gramma son. lol i dont know, you should have stayed and watched.

 

if you take this to court u will not win because of the fact ur statement wasnt in writing but since they drove it and he killed ur clutch/transmission they should have to pay for it.

 

i doubt theres anything you can do, i dont think you can beat a car enough in 1 drive to blow the tranny if it was in such good condition before you took it there, in other words im sure you have beaten on it...ok ma
