DIY headlight question
Guys I could use some help. I'm trying to find the DIY to blackout my headlights. I found the post for it, but the link to the DIY doesn't work. If anyone has the instructions saved, or has working link to the DIY could you post it please. Thanks for the help.
i just did mine yesterday lol. go to 7thgencivic.com and go to search and type headlights. there should be a link and his pictures wont show but if u scroll down more, thumbnails would show giving you pictures
and all u gotta do is enlarge them.

They should come on with your amber lights, before you turn on your headlights.

There isn't any JDM Black housing headlights for the 7th generation Civic. You can get the gunmetal JDM housings, but the black housings are 100% aftermarket. They're not JDM.

It's smoked chrome (aka. gunmetal), not black.

well clearly u dont want to listin since those are not the same ones i bought. sorry my man. ill get pics for u if u would like to see them. not trying to arue just trying to show the truth. they are very rare, and very hard to find
i also bought them and helped them figure out that they needed to sell the blinker socket. i was the 3ered person to ever buy them from password, and when i tryed to install i spent a long time helping them find the right socet to use. not to add it never says smoked crome it says smoked black houseing. just to show u what you showed me.

You misread what I typed. I said that the housings are smoked chrome, not black. I never referred to what Password calls them.
Also, I have a few friends that live in Japan, that just so happen to be Honda owners. There is no such thing, as a Black JDM light housing. End of discussion.

I noticed that about you as well. Plus your inability to get facts straight is kind of laughable.
