Default D16A6 Oil Leak

I just finished by rebuild and have the engine running well but when I shut off the engine and wait a couple minutes, I have an oil leak comming from the front of the engine. It does not leak when the engine is running, only after I turn it off. It seems to be comming from the grank seal but the weird thing is it definately does not leak while running. I tested this by placing newspaper under the motor while letting it idle. This weekend I will take off the crank pulley and front cover and have a look but any ideas where its comming from? Thanks.

Thoughts - Oil level is too high, hence when the engine is off and a good portion of the oil makes it back to the pan, its passing a seal. What else, at idle the leak is being picked up or blocked by a moving part, rendering it invisible.
