Default Timing might be off Gurus need you help !!!!

Hello everyone Ive been working on hondas for about 5 years Im a newbie as you can say Ive been on the forums for years ive got a question Ive got a winter beater a 1991 dx hatch Ive changed the fuel filter,plugs,wires,cap,rotor and it runs like shyt still gets bad mpg when I replaced the rotor I tighten the little screw it ran until I woke up to start it and turned over started then died wound crank but not stay on so I checked the rotor to find that the little screw had come off and the rotor was just spinning put it back on and ran like shyt checked the plugs to find out I was running way to rich now getting crap for mpg the ecu I think went to limp mode I think my timing is way off am I right or wrong

You might have damaged the sensors in the dizzy.
