helP PLEASE! my friend needs to program his keyless entry remote so he can start his car as he lost the other one. i have found several threads on here and on other forums on how to do this but none are specific for a 99 integra, and none of them are working so far. any suggestions?

 

bump. he is pretty fucked. car is far from home and noone will help with intructions because its a gs-r. people on forums think its just someone trying to steal it and dealerships just keep telling him he has to bring the car in. they just want the money for doing it. apparently they dont understand the sentence, "my car won't start without the remote being programmed..."........ what should he do!?
