OBD1 ECU pin out questions..

as you guys see the vtec knock and pressure are all hooked up with red. (i'm pretty knowledgable about this (these three wires))
but what confuses me is the dual butterfly hookup (yellow spots in the pics)
my setup as follows...
OBD2 engine harness (98 gsr motor)
OBD1 LS Cabin harness (obd1 ecu plugs with VTEC ready wires added)
I'm using a OBD1 usdm GSR ecu.
So what I'm wondering is how do I go about hooking up the dual butterfly?
dual butterfly hookup is just what it's called, like dual stage intake manifold, pinout A17 is for this, so plug the IAB's into A17 only, the other yellow is for the evap purge.
