hey when you guys say that they are all the same does that mean that all the lifts are the same, or would a gsr intake lobe lift hight for long then a ls, i ask cause im have a 99 ls auto and i am going to freshen up my block cause i recently hit the 90k miles and was thinking about changing the cams and cam gears and wanted a little bit more power so will gsr cams or itr cams be better than my ls ones.

Vtec cams won't fit in a non-vtec head. The OP is talking about cam gears, not cams. And 90k is still low miles for a Honda, you don't need to be 'freshening up' the block unless you're building it up for performance.
