Don't use tire sealant (Fix-a-Flat, etc). That stuff will destroy your tire! It's designed only to get your car to a safe place so you can buy a new tire.
Take your car to a tire shop or mechanic or the tire department at Wal-Mart. Your tire is probably fixable. They will put soapy water on your tire, look for bubbles to locate the leak, dismount the tire, plug/patch it from the inside, and remount the tire back on the rim. It will probably cost you $10-15 and then the tire will be good as new.
