well, don't drive until spring
Can you hear the motor trying to move the window?
Can you 'help' the window and get it to move?
Do you have any idea WHAT YEAR ?
Are the window run channels lubed with silicone spray?

no its like when any other window is all the way up and you still press up and you dont hear anything.
no i cannot help it go up whatsoever. its stuck.
its a 95 accord lx
the window run channels are fine, it goes down fine, just wont come up.
my guess is something is jammed up there to make it seem like its rolled all the way up.

it's probably just not lubbed up right. Mine has a similar symptom just not as bad. You usually don't hear the motor that much when it stalls like that.. only when it's moving. Another thing that could be difficult is if the door frame is bent a little up top. Mine is from some jack *** trying to break into my car.
Also hondadude.. you're getting more goofy than usual. Not just just a smart *** anymore
, it's pretty amuzing.

well, turn on the car to run, but dont start it, and turn on the headlights, and the dash lights all the way up, and turn on the radio too (not bumpin, but loud enough to sound good)---the reason is: power windows draw like 30A of power to move, so u will notice the light get a little bit dimmer, especially if on a window that doues work and is already up, and you try and roll it up even more, you cant hear it, but the light will get a tiny bit dimmer (of course ull wanna do this at night or in the garage)
also, i gotta point out the obvious, have you checked the damn fuse for that window?
like i said, theres 4 windows, each uses 30AMPS, so each needs to have its own fuse or else ud need a big *** 120A fuse and its also then be possible to give 120A of juice to one window, and if that one fuse burnt out then all ur windows would be stuck... theres also (on 6th gens) a main pwr window fuse that 40A, and a fuse for each axis of movement on the power seat....
blargh, go check ur fuse, it might be blown

I'm going to take a wild guess and say the switch has gone south, to prove it you could remove the door panel and peel back the plastic liner; then use a pair of jumper wires to reverse the connection at the motor, then pushing the switch to 'down' should make the window go up.
Then leave it up till spring time comes around. LOL
The fuse should be okay, I would think, because the window will go down, or the OP can probably hear the motor trying to go lower.
Dang it, we gotta prove something here, so the parts dept. guys can make their bonus this month.
