Default Arggg bolt: help!

Alright, my new OEM fender came in since my other one cracked and got a big hole in it (damn plastic). Anyways, I was taking off the old fender off and I got all the bolts and screws out, till I got to this one. I can not get at it, nothing will fit. I tried everything, open end wrench and all. I was just wondering if anyone of you know the best way to get at this bolt and get it off.

Heres what Im dealing with

P.s - I know I need a new backing plate, rotor, and caliper. The upper control arm is starting to turn its age also. Its an 84' what can I say, its been sitting for a 1 1/2 befor I got it.

I would take the front bumper off, but to do that you have to loosen that. SOckets wont fit in it, and I havnt tried box end wrenches yet since I didnt have enough time, I just wanted to take it off. I only had 30 mins. I will probally finish it later tonight. Someone said it just slides so I am also going to try that. thanks for the help.

Dont have one, I could borrow my neighbors in the morning though if I cant get it tonight. I am back and got all night to take that bolt off and put the new fender on. I did my friends hatch and it was no wheres this hard to get a bolt, took us like 35-40 mins to pull it off and put his new one on. Ok, to work I go.

Than its not an ef/crx. What kind of car is it? Try vise grips? Grind it off?

Just seen the plastic fender remark, is it a first gen crx? I don't think those bolts are real tight on the bumper covers. Did you try just pulling a bit on the bumper cover to see if it slides off?

I just woke up, about to finish it. I looked at it last night and it has rails so i think I can just slide it off after I loosen it a lil. I tried vise grips but it would not fit in. I will let you know how I got it off once I get it off. Oh, and its a 1984 CRX (1st gen). Yes, its a carburated. And yes, once it blows (240k on it) I am swapping the engine. B16 is what im looking at. It might be a tough fit though .
