I think it looks nice, but for 450 + shipping i would imagine you could get a Apexi N1 , resonater and custom piping at a shop for less than that. I did say it looks nice though.

yea it is a ihgh price but i really want a apexi n1 that has the agressive angle pointing upwards...not to the side... and i can not find for the life of me anywhere the apexi n1 with that angle liek this...

Any reputable exhaust shop in your area should be able to bend it like that. Just be sure to tell them or even bring a picture of what you want. Make sure they let you approve the angle you want it set at.

that's because that's the version 1 apexi n1, they are discontinued, and the version 1 did angle to the side, they discontinued it because the bend under the lca would scrape so much they changed it

The Megan one looks nice and seems to have a silencer... 310, not bad. In the end my friend it will all be left up to you. If you have the money for it, buy the one you think you would like the most. Maybe choose 3 or so that you like and start a poll to help you out.
