Default Jdm front Head light

im buying a pair of headlights and i checked it out and everything... and i saw inside surrounding part... the yellow plastic piece for the fog light fell off ... and wanted to know if i can put it back into place ...

You basically have to replace it. You have to take the headlights apart and use the fog light capsule from a legend or buy the "fog light condoms". If you do a search, theres a "how-to" on it.

another thing ... how can you tell if its non-hid and hid headlights? i didnt know what to search for ...

the HID headlight has a circle on the lens in-front of the projector.

The easiest way for me to tell is the little horizontal lines on the headlight. The non HID's have lines that go right across, and the HID headlights have no lines around where the projector circle is, but lines everywhere.
