anyone else have any axle problems yet?

Default anyone else have any axle problems yet?

I have eibach sportlines...and I noticed grease in the engine bay...looks like the inner driver side boot is spewing grease The cars barely lowered WTF gonna get banged in the *** on this...to bad I dont have the stock springs

I have the Eibach Pro kit. Don't have any grease on mine, but I believe the sportlines are lower, so it puts more stress on the vehicle's stock stuts and shocks.

I have eibach sportlines installed....i tossed the stock springs durr oops.......my buddy at the dealer is gonna try to work me in as having hfp suspension idk if that will work though

also just had a oil change last week at the dealer and it was fine...

its been lowered for 3 months.......I never loosend the axle nut.......I must of got a faulty one

Just so you know your car won't sit as low with the HFP suspension. It's a good setup cause it's more than just springs, but you'll have to get a coilover set if you want your car as low as the sportlines.

I know but I can only imagine how much an axle will be would of been worth it

When installing those struts and springs - make sure when you put the top in and then try to get the bottom to line up you don't pull TOWARDS yourself (i.e. straight out from the wheel well) that tends to slip the CV out...it is most vulnerable when you have the strut off and the motion of pulling away from the car while trying to get the bolts to line-up can inadvertently yank those CVs free. Just FYI...not sure if that happened or not but it COULD be a cause.

rides good....I see what your saying ..I didnt yank it apart...its been lowered for about 4000 miles 3 months or so...Could of been faulty IDK plus lowering it adding that extra stress....we'll see how the other sides holding up too

also threw the stock intake on ...k&n sri got some axle gunk flung up on it ..shes quiet as a mouse now!
