My 1992 acura integra ls B18A1 is losing power when put in Neutrial but the lights still stay on and and it turns over. when i have it running it makes this noise like a clicking in the engine. but this happens when i step on the gas. could someone help me out with this problem......

 

losing power like electrical or mechanical? The tapping could be valves bent or need adjustment.

 

the tapping is coming from the throttle.and it sounds machanical.
