I have a 99 civic Si I bought and installed a Civic Type-R cluster. Everything was fine with my Si cluster but when I turned the key with the CTR cluster it was a steady ABS light. Has this happened to anyone else? Let me know how you CAN fix it or what you did to fix it.

LOL yeah I think I am about ready to. I was talking to someone and they said once I cleared the code it would re-appear when I turned the key to the on position. So light bulb out this weekend.

No it doesn't. Not in the US. Hence why your CTR cluster's ABS light is illuminating.
Only Canadian EM1s have ABS.
