Default Power steering squeak - Strange!

I heard squeek from the engine bay area while driving and turning the steering wheel. Last night I put it on jack stands and turned the wheels by hand with the engine off. I hear a squeak from behind the wheel and my power steering resevoir overflows.

It's a '92 civic with standard power steering.

Could I have a bad seal or valve somewhere within the steering rack?

I'll get someone to turn the wheel while I listen with a screwdriver on my ear. It's the only way.

But why would the P.S. fluid come out of the reservoir with the lid on???? It was not over filled.

Anyone?

If you got air in it for some reason you may have an air bubble in it somewhere and it could need bled...or is your belt in good condition??I would assume so but for some reason it tweaks my mind to think if the belt is not turning the pulley correctly it's not making the fluid flow where it should. Also if you got general dirt/grime in the lines it could cause a backup.
