Default squeaky suspension

I have had tein type RA coilovers on my type r for a couple months. I bought them used with like 3k miles on them and when I first installed them they were totally fine no problems at all then when I lowered the car the dampeners on the left side on both the left front and rear coilovers were stuck but they broke loose and still clicked like they were working fine they didnt just slide about like they were broken.after that every time I slowly roll it squeaks on the front left all three others are fine. It squeaks and stops squeaks and stops and when I go over a bump slowly it squeaks.I havent had the alignment adjusted yet so this might contribute to the problem. Its on stock rims and tires I would appreciate any relative feedback thanks.
