Default what causes floaty steering?

OK guys by now you know i've replaced the ball joints bushings and springs and shocks yet i still have that easy floaty steering. Why dont i have that precise road feel what else can cause that. My tire psi is 30 all around. All the mechanics here say its cause its lowered which i think is bs. Anyways any ideas?

always floaty. I can turn the wheel with one finger sometimes which yo shouldnt beable to do easy with manual rack. It almost feels as if i dont have enough force to to ground from the wheels but i have konis and i've tried every setting yet still dont have that tight go-cart feel
