Trial and error my friend.
Every wheel/tire combination will react differently, plus it is heavily weather dependent too. What works best on a 40degF night may not work so well during a 90degF summer day.
But generally speaking, somewhere between 5000-7000

My launch control is set at 5k. Every car, every mod, every driver, every wheel/tire combo is going to play a factor. I spent about 45 minutes with my buddy (tuner) doing launch after launch until I found exactly what I liked.
