bolt on gsr swap in my civic. getting a chipped ecu and the options free so mines as well get some use out of it. so what should i set it at? going to be using drag radials for the street/strip btw too.

also is it worth messing with the vtec crossover with just having bolt ons?

 

your going to need to set it pretty high for a basic swap with drag radials. but its not something that should stay the same becasue track conditions changes... what works one day may cause you to spin your *** off the next day

what would suggest?

 

6500-7800 some where in that area

 

I would start at 6200rpm and move up in 200rpm increments till it doesn't bog or spin excessively.

 

I agree with somewhere in the low 6000rpm range at first. Of course depending on tire pressure, track condition, etc...

 

launch off rev limiter!!!
