Default 94 gsr code 43

i have a 94 acura gsr . recently ive been getting a check engine light when i keep a constant speed for a certain period of time. i checked for codes and i got code 43. i know this deals with the fuel system. im not sure if its the o2 sensor. i changed the fuel filter, injectors seem to be ok, and im running seafoam through the fuel tank. i cant figure out what the problem is. i also know i have a leak in my exhaust manifold where it bolts to the block. i need help.

Sure we can help. I'll break it down for you.....you're fuel pressure is screwy. Either you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and messed with stuff or you have a bad fuel pump, regulator or a vacuum leak going to the regulator.

Thus,
Did you play/mod anything recently?
Is the fuel pressure regulator hooked up (vacuum hose in the top)?
Go buy a fuel gauge
Whats the gauge reading?
Check into testing/replacing the fuel pump or regulator

Thats what I'd try first....assuming I still had the stock ECU and not a chipped ecu.
