Oil & Water temp gauges..most important?
i was told by someone (cant remember who/where) that the 2 most important gauges for a na car thats rr/autox are the oil and water temp gauges. is this true? or are other gauges just as important ie: other temps/pressure/etc. thanks in advance
from what i have come to learn you are correct! water and oil temps are the two most important gauges you can have... i had a few gauges in my car and i found myself checking those two right before and after my runs!
oil pressure is pretty important too. btw. i think that's a standard 3 gauge setup, oil temp, water temp, and oil pressure..
I would have to call oil pressure as well being greater than or equal to the others. It doesn't matter if your oil is frozen solid or burning into plasma if it isn't making it to where it needs to be.
