auto 2 manul swap ecu ?

Default auto 2 manul swap ecu ?

I have a ex coupe parts car now and i will be swapping its si tranny into my auto hatch. Can i use my ecu or the z6 ecu??


yes it has a z6 not a b8 or w/e....

I re-read it and then it made sense....
Just convert your ecu to a manual. Otherwise you'll throw the codes for vtec.
Are you just swapping the tranny, or the motor too?

it is safer and less complicated to just to replace the ecu with a manual one.

I think hondata has it on their site on how to convert it. Honestly, you need a soldering iron, remove one resistor and add a jumper or something. It's so easy my dog could do it.... Save the time and the money of shipping. Plus, you can sell that p28 for a chunk.
