How can you tell that a motor is OBD1 or OBD2?

what year is it??

im pretty sure that everything under the year of 95 is OBD1, everything newer is OBD2....anyone care to correct me??

well the head looks to be stamped 94 i dunno about the block. just want to make sure...

is there any other way to tell? im pretty sure the whole thing is a obd1 cuz the head is a 94 and theres no vin's. obd1 and down didnt have vins, correct?

you cant tell by looking at the block.

96 and up is obd2. 95 and down is obd1.

96+ should have vins on the bottom of the blocks and tranny. also the block should have the ckp sensor by the pully's. the head should also be stamped with a newer year as well. also check the dizzy, it should have 1 plug vs 2 plugs.

head is stamped 94, no vins but theres a sticker on the tranny.

My Old 95 Integra ls was OBDII. Its all stock too it was lady driven all its life.
