Ok I just purchased a 95 civic EG CX... The dash lights and climate control is not lighting up.... So I do the most basic fix it there was... replace the fuses.. Well turns out the ******* idiot that owned it before stuck a 20amp fuse that was really suppose to be a 10amp fuse into the fuse box for the interior lights/guages.... not only that I goto pull out the dimmer switch for the interior lights for ***** and giggles and turns out one of the wire was melt... So the moron that owned it before solders a 18 guage wire in place of what was really suppose to be a 22 guage wire.... looked something like this ----===========---- So I pull the fuse out and replace it with the correct size fuse... re-solder the wire with correct guage... and replace the dimmer switch.... now the climate control back lights up but the buttons dont light green when pressed and also the dash back lights for the gauges still wont come on... signal lights, speedodmeter, and everything works fine... so now Im hopeing the moron who owned it last didn't burn anything else.... If anybody has any suggestions or had a similar problem please help me out!!!! thanks

take out the climate control unit and take it all apart. You will have to check the incredibly small light bulbs to be sure they aren't burnt out or blown out by that idiot fix it job the owner before you did. The bulbs are about 1 dollar from honda
